Job Description

The epic owner holds end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of so-called epics (change) including the hand over to the Business-as-Usual team.

• You support the Head of Change in the delivery of epics in the change portfolio.
• You are part of an international self‑steering team to deliver and implement the epics in an Agile Way of Working and in accordance with the ING’s orange code.
• You have in‑depth knowledge and experience in financial products, processes, and related regulations.
• You take full accountability of the efficient delivery of the epics you are responsible for, including timely delivery and the quality assurance aspects.
