Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and develop effective solutions.
• Utilize process simulation software to model and predict outcomes for new and existing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certification is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing process improvement projects from inception to completion.
