This role will be responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products for the Barry Callebaut group. The Process Engineer will be accountable for certain process performance and process capability topics within the plant. Within this role, you will support manufacturing operations teams with building and maintaining process and people capabilities, implement projects and collaborate with the Global Process Excellence and CI & TS counterparts.

This role also supports the evaluation, recommendation and the implementation of new process development technologies that optimize performance, are cost effective and will improve product quality and manufacturing techniques.
