Job Description

• Perform DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis for new product mechanical assembly, and drive for non‑compliance closure.
• Work with Design Engineering and suppliers to drive closure of mechanical assembly or process related issues.
• Work with Design Engineering and suppliers to develop new backend processes / technology.
• Develop suppliers to provide best‑in‑class manufacturing processes to support new product manufacturing requirements.
• Hands‑on experience in product mechanical failures troubleshooting and optimization of new product manufacturing processes.
• Continuously develop and seek new process breakthroughs that improve quality, productivity and cost.

Basic Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
