What You’ll Do

• Lead plant trials and validation activities to drive product improvements, process optimization, and scale-up/down initiatives.
• Develop and implement protocols, manufacturing procedures, and technical reports for trials and validation.
• Evaluate and execute technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring smooth commercialization.
• Review product and process documents to support validation and production readiness.
• Provide technical support to Production, Marketing, and Quality teams to resolve product and process issues.
• Oversee trial batches using alternative raw materials and ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Support equipment qualification and validation of critical manufacturing processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit
