About the Role:
As a Process Development Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing and improving how work gets done across the Building and Plumbing Commission.
Working closely with business areas, project teams and senior stakeholders, you'll lead process mapping and improvement activities, facilitate workshops, analyse complex issues, and develop the policies, business rules and guidance materials that support operational delivery.
You'll join the team at an exciting time. The BPC is continuing its transformation into a modern, harms-based regulator, creating unique opportunities to influence operating models, embed new ways of working and help shape the future state of the organisation.
