Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making calls to different service providers in the United States, to process payments on behalf of customers.
- Must be able to fluently carry a conversation in English, answer questions, and document the results of each call.
- Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process.
- Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure, document ticket status and follow up.
- Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service. Advanced English
- Schedule availability.
