The** **Process and Customer Service Administrator** will be in charge of the administration, control and execution of administrative processes that may include the generation of orders for products, registration of accounts and stores, user configuration, mass billing, intercompany orders, monitoring, management and solution to documents not tax stamped.You will report directly to the Jr.Customer Service Management.This position is based in Tultitlan.
**Key Responsibilities**- Preparation of administrative documents: Invoicing of loads, re-invoicing, mass invoicing (machinery, furniture, POP material and sales support material), generation of credit notes and return folios, review/safeguarding of the media for the generation of documents.
