Private Island Manager is responsible for driving effortless luxury by maintaining the highest level of personalization and attention for our guests from pre-arrival through post-departure with a special focus on guest satisfaction, event planning and the overall maintenance/organization of the Ithaafushi Private Island.

Oversees and directs all aspects of the Ithaafushi Private Island operations and when necessary, work in conjunction with the Front Office, Engineering and F&B team for the daily basis operation.

Responsible for supporting Front Office Operations if there is no booking for the Private Island to enhance the guest experience.
