ABOUT THIS ROLE The role of a Privacy Counsel at Euronet involves supporting legal and strategic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across the organization. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Privacy Office and EU business teams by providing basic data protection and privacy guidance, under supervision, to help manage privacy risks and support business needs. Assist with drafting and reviewing Data Privacy and Data Transfer Agreements in cooperation with local internal counsel, and support negotiations with third parties. Support EU Privacy Consultants in addressing local regulatory requirements and day‑to‑day compliance topics. Assist in the preparation and review of Data Privacy Notices and Cookie Notices for company websites and applications. Support documentation of data processing activities, including identifying lawful bases for processing, data transfers, and contributing to Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
