Responsibilities:
Independently meet and exceed production expectations, ensuring defect-free results. Set up custom orders, verify data sheets, and maintain accurate packaging schedules autonomously. Manage paperwork, ink dispensing, plate installation, and production ticketing independently. Perform visual checks and adjust machine parameters autonomously. Adhere to safety, quality, and plant rules while working independently.
