Position Overview
Role Overview:
Support leaders with the ability to execute Strategic Initiatives, establish Operational efficiency with specific focus on building operational management and decision recommendations in line with short- and long-term business goals.
Key Accountabilities:
QUARTERLY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
+ Manage leadership team engagement & collaboration seasonal planning process:
+ Manage staff meeting agendas
+ Manage agenda and support offsite facilitation
+ Support leader in broader team engagement (all-hands, newsletters, comms, etc.)
+ Manage Store performance reporting:
+ Weekly store reports
+ Ad-hoc stores to HQ information / input requests
LONG-TERM STRATEGIC PLANNING:
+ Lead the team through CSR & AOP strategic planning.
+ NDS CSR/AOP & input into ND CSR/AOP
+ Collaboration with ND Ops teams
+ Collaboration/alignment externally with stores on shared strategy
