About the Role and Our Team

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Designer to join our Design team and lead design for the Global Couple & Storefront zone. This role will focus on marketplace experiences across WeddingWire US and international brands, serving both couples and vendors in a complex, multi‑sided ecosystem.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, Design Systems, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs, define opportunities, and shape the direction of our experiences. The role requires an experienced designer who can bring structure to ambiguity, balance needs across a complex marketplace, and move fluidly between strategy, systems thinking, and high‑quality design execution.

Our Design team is a close group of Product Designers, Product Writers, and Researchers who value strong craft, open critique, thoughtful collaboration, and shared ownership of the customer experience.
