Balfour Beatty is looking for a Principal OHL Design Engineer to join its exciting Power T&D Division.

Role Purpose

Lead the design delivery of Overhead Line Projects up to 400kV, from tendering to project handover, ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements and Balfour Beatty governance.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver the allocated Line Design scope of works to programme, budget and quality.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and value engineering within the discipline.
• Embed Safety and Sustainability by Design in all designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the OHL Lead Designer, responsible for delivery of tender deliverables and the project’s OHL scope of works and coordination of relevant resources.
