A. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
Act as the Principal Officer as defined by IFSCA regulations for IIO entitiesEnsure full compliance with all applicable lawsIFSCA Insurance Intermediaries & Reinsurance Entity RegulationsServe as the primary point of contact for IFSCA and other regulatory bodiesOversee regulatory filings, returns, audits, and inspections
B. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
