Requirements:

Degree in Education or related field from a recognized institution ; Master’s degree is a plus 

Previous experience as a Principal or in a similar role

Knowledge of school administrative processes and GES & Oxford educational regulations

Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems 

Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Must be able to take initiative, anticipate problems and find solutions.

Must be ready and willing to be trained.

Must have very good computer and organizational skills.
