About the Position

We’re growing and looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to help lead what comes next for Republic. This is more than a senior technical role, it’s a leadership position with real influence. As Principal, you will shape the direction of our mechanical practice, lead projects across Canada, mentor and grow a talented team, and contribute at the highest level of design within an integrated, multi-disciplinary studio.

You’ll sit at the table alongside other Principals and the C‑Suite, guiding strategy, culture, and growth.
