Position Overview
Job Description: - Approve, review, and provide technical guidance on engineering designs, calculations, and design development to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project scopes while managing scope variations and preparing supporting documentation
- Oversee drafting deliverables and provide strategic technical direction to the design team
- Develop and approve technical documentation including materials take-offs, scopes of work, and detailed equipment specifications
- Evaluate vendor tenders, coordinate multidisciplinary technical integration, and ensure engineering deliverables align with scope, cost, and schedule requirements
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 15+ years post-graduate experience in a senior mechanical engineering role within heavy industrial projects
