WSP USA is seeking a Principal / Lead Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight on complex infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for delivering high-level design solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams within our movable bridge group.

This role can sit out of various WSP offices, including: Tampa, Miami, Sunrise, or Orlando

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across large-scale infrastructure projects.
+ Responsible for single and three phase power distribution (low and medium voltage) and controls for project systems and subsystems design, calculations, construction support, and commissioning.
+ Serve as Engineer of Record and technical authority for electrical designs.
+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
