1. Delivery Ownership & Program Management Excellence
Own delivery quality, timelines, scope alignment, and outcomes across assigned tribes and workstreams within the program.Lead end-to-end program management governance, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, milestone alignment, and execution oversight.Maintain strong alignment with internal delivery teams and Client stakeholders to ensure execution clarity across multiple initiatives.Sustain a continuous execution pulse within the Unit of Work (UoW).
