This is a high-impact Principal Engineer opportunity within a large, complex environment undergoing significant transformation. You’ll join a squad with strong technical leadership and a clear roadmap, focused on modernising core platforms and advancing capability.

While there is exposure to nCino and Salesforce, this is not an nCino Engineer role. This is a true Principal position for someone who can operate across engineering, integration, data and architecture, taking ownership of standards, guiding best practice, and influencing how systems are built at scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the organisation evolves its technology landscape, bringing a forward-thinking mindset across data, integration, and emerging technologies like AI, while navigating regulatory and enterprise complexity within a banking environment.
