The unit manages collective agreements, salary processes, policies, and administrative arrangements, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, agreements, and internal requirements. Employee Relations operates globally to establish consistent principles and processes, while ensuring appropriate local adaptation. The unit plays a key role in developing strong, trust-based relationships between employees, their representatives, and management.
