Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Develops, coordinates and prepares NJ TRANSIT’s annual zero-based consolidated Operating Budget for Bus Operations and Rail Operations to ensure adequate funding for all planned expenditures.

+ Reviews and analyzes Bus Operations and Rail Operations monthly performance against budget, utilizes multiple databases to research details/explanations for variances, and provides recommendations regarding budget threats and solutions.
