Position Summary

At NTT DATA, we are looking for a Principal BPO/BPaaS Sales Lead based in the UK&I region. This remote position will include client visits. The role is for our Agentic AI Customer Service business and involves partnering with senior executives to deliver AI‑driven BPO and BPaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market‑maker who proactively initiates and secures deals, building demand and relationships with decision‑makers.


• Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following industries: banking & financial services, fintech, insurance, manufacturing/retail/consumer, travel & hospitality, hi‑tech, energy & utilities, telecom, healthcare, or life sciences.


• Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges, craft customized transformative BPO/BPaaS propositions that leverage AI and automation, and create win‑win opportunities.
