Maritime NZ is recruiting a senior specialist focused on shaping how education and guidance contribute to safer maritime outcomes across the Pacific.

This is a fixed‑term contract for 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the direction for education and guidance activity across the programme.
• Design frameworks, tools and approaches that support effective learning and behaviour change in line with the organisation’s education strategy.
• Tailor education initiatives to diverse cultural and operational contexts.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance of guidance materials and resources.
• Support consistency and high standards across all programme delivery.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure education efforts are well integrated and effective.
