About the role:

Justteachers are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Leamington Spa seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to start this May 2026. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is looking to make a genuine impact in a nurturing school environment. In this role you will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND, due to the nature of this role the school are looking to appoint someone long term with the potential of going permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs
• Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning tasks
• Implement strategies outlined in the pupil’s EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan)
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO
