The Role

• Teach Maths and/or English to GCSE level.
• Build professional, nurturing and positive relationships with students.
• Manage complex and challenging behaviours, ensuring consistent communication, flexibility, and a non‑judgemental approach.
• Collaborate in curriculum development, contributing to both academic and extra‑curricular programmes.
• Advocate for and support each child's individual educational and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teacher with the ability/willingness to teach Maths and/or English to GCSE level.
• Willingness to obtain or hold an Enhanced DBS or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity.
