What you’ll be doing

• Assist with all day‑to‑day press and VIP related duties to promote the Paul Smith brand across Menswear, Womenswear, Homeware, Junior, Special Projects and other categories.
• Nurture and develop industry relations with key VIP industry figures, their Managers and Publicists, as well as the wider UK Press industry.
• Manage all sample requests, including send outs and deliveries, and ensure the showroom is managed and merchandised efficiently, thoroughly and in time.
• Track all press coverage of Paul Smith, both print and online, and circulate all coverage to the wider team in an efficient and timely manner.
• Collate reports when required, including VIP, trends, events and comparative analysis reports.
• Initiate and host showroom appointments and ensure the showroom is properly presented at all times and samples taken care of.
