**Job Title: Press Operator**
**Job Description**
Under limited supervision, the Press Operator operates progressive stamping presses and other equipment such as overhead cranes and tool and die equipment to produce pre-assembly parts for the production line. Routine adjustments and set-ups are performed, with tolerances being normally close. The role involves producing a variety of pressed parts and other duties as required by management.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate progressive stamping press and auxiliary equipment with minimum supervision.
+ Change over equipment and ensure the quality of the product.
+ Make necessary changes in operating conditions to produce quality products.
+ Inspect dies visually and assign preventative maintenance if necessary.
