Description

SUMMARY
Makes ready and operates multiunit, web-fed rotary press according to written specifications by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Perform manual and machine operator tasks in the set-up, maintenance, and operation of a uv offset printing press including preventive maintenance on the press, press wash up, selecting stock and mounting paper on press.

+ Performs under supervision of Lead Press Operator the operation of the press to produce product that conforms to customer/company quality standards.

+ Have experience with achieving a color match, image registration; adjusting ink keys, ink and water balance. Can troubleshoot problems associated those skills.
