Reason for Adding Job - Cataract Doctor retiring & Medical Retina Doctor relocating

Practice Management - Full time Administrator 

Relocation Bonus Offered - Yes 

Vacation/PTO - 3 weeks - 1-3 years; 4 weeks - 3+ years

Start Date - TBD - Open to timing    

Annual Cataract Procedures - 2500 - 95% in ASC

Est Surg Volume for this role - 1000-1200 (1000+ within 2 years)

Hospital Call - No 

MD Experience Requirement - Open to Residents - Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly

Compensation - 1st year guarantee 350K Est.    (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)
