**Job Summary**

Miller Electric-Prefab Shop Foreman leads daily shop operations to ensure prefabrication assemblies are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role supervises shop teams, coordinates workflow and materials, enforces safety and quality requirements, and communicates closely with the General Foreman, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and project teams. The Prefab Shop Foreman provides hands-on leadership, supports production planning and logistics, maintains accurate documentation, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the prefab shop.#miller #LI-JJ1
