As a Pre Sales Advisor, you will focus on retaining prospective customers who wish to cancel their orders, managing the outbound SAV queue, handling Field Technician cancellation calls, and rescheduling service orders for these customers. Additionally, you will review stage code orders to educate customers on their installation status, partner with dispatch or assignment teams to move pending orders forward, and modify pending orders to upgrade or downgrade speeds as well as to add or remove features. It is also important to review the drop status of orders and update the home/email addresses for prospect customers.
