As the Pre-Openings & Integration Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of hotel openings across the Earth Hotels portfolio, from early planning and project coordination through operational stabilization and long-term integration into the Earth brand and operating model. You will act as the central point of coordination across all departments, ensuring Design, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Citizens & Culture remain aligned throughout the opening journey. This role serves as the operational “glue” that ensures each property opens on time, on brand, on budget, and fully embedded in Earth’s service culture, guest experience, and operating standards.
