Practice nursing is where clinical expertise, continuity of care and prevention come together.

It’s where you support patients to stay well, manage long-term conditions, and access the right care at the right time - often building long-term relationships that make a real difference to people’s health and wellbeing.

At IC24, we’re looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Primary Care team across Allied Medical Practice. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll use your full range of nursing skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work across a busy primary care environment, delivering everything from chronic disease management and immunisations to health screening and minor treatments. You’ll also play an important role in prevention, early intervention and health promotion across the local population.
