Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Practice Manager plays a critical role in supporting the growth, structure and execution of the organization. This position will be responsible for aligning people, processes, and performance to drive operational excellence, strong culture, employee accountability, and sustainable financial results. Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, the Practice Manager will implement, monitor, and maintain all protocols and processes of the practice while providing regular feedback to the COO.
