About the Role
Laindon Medical Group is looking to appoint an experienced practice manager to lead our organisation on a full-time basis, for hours per week over 5 days.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
The overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the surgery. Leading the primary care services, to ensure that the practice meets regulatory and contractual standards whilst remaining financially viable. Providing solid leadership, based on a sound knowledge of business management, finance, planning and human resource management, including recruitment. Driving innovation and modernisation. Meeting the reporting requirements of the partnership and complying with local and national KPIs and contracts; Co-ordinating and leading the operational delivery of the services in the practice, engaging with staff, patients and local commissioners.
