About the role

Vision for Education are seeking a full time PPA cover teacher to support in all year groups across the school. This role starts in September with shortlisting happening now.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivering high-quality, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover teachers’ PPA time
  • Maintaining excellent standards of behaviour and engagement in every classroom
  • Supporting pupils’ learning and progress during teacher absence
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school
  • Providing feedback to class teachers on pupil engagement, progress, and any areas of concern
