Position Summary:

This position supports an NSF EEC grant (#2339289) focusing on undergraduate experiences when reconsidering their choice of major. This position is housed in the School of Engineering and will last for a maximum of three years. For this project the postdoctoral scholar will be expected to coordinate data collection, organize a large collection of longitudinal data to ensure anonymity, conduct interviews, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, oversee undergraduate researchers, and contribute to publications. The PI has a stronger qualitative background and is particularly interested in applicants with stronger statistical training to take a leading role in the quantitative component of this mixed-methods study.
