Expertise in IRT, psychometrics, Bayesian inference are required, and additional expertise in cognitive diagnostic models and causal inference is preferred but optional. The postdoc will have the opportunity to lead multiple first-author publications on methods development, co-author additional publications, and develop collaborations at a medical school. This is an excellent launchpad for a faculty career in quantitative psychology or psychometrics.
