The TCW laboratory (https://sites.bu.edu/tcwlab/) in the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts is looking for highly motivated and skilled stem cell biologists or electrophysiologists to be the drivers of our efforts to translate the genetics of human AD toward therapeutic interventions.

The core program is to translate AD genetics and functional genomics into human brain cells both in vitro 2D and 3D models using human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) from population and isogenic lines generated by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and in vivo hiPSC/rodent chimera systems in comparison with post-mortem brain.
