Position Summary
Gravitas Nevada, Ltd., a respected cannabis company with cultivation and manufacturing operations in Nevada, is looking for new associates with an eagerness to learn to join our cultivation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both entry level and experienced industry professionals to expand their skills and knowledge base.
Specific responsibilities included, but not limited to:
* Post-Harvest Manager will direct employees to the designated area for the workday (Packaging, Trimming, or Pre-Rolls).
* Follow directions from Post-Harvest Lead for specific tasks within the area (Packaging, Trimming, or Pre-Rolls).
* Follow departmental SOP's correctly for tasks performed.
* Maintain a clean work area.
* Follow all steps to assure company compliance with the State. Report any issues to either the Post-Harvest Lead or Post-Harvest Manager.
* General duties around the department as they relate to upkeep.
