Post-Fixture Accounting Specialist
to join their team. Key Responsibilities Review Fixture Recaps and Charter Parties, ensuring a clear understanding of contractual obligations related to hire payments Liaise with global Operations and Commercial teams to gather required data for hire cash flow planning and calculations Prepare hire statements in Veson and manage payments and invoicing for both Trip and Period TC IN/OUT fixtures, from delivery through to finalisation Maintain account overviews for key clients and support consolidation processes Ensure high data accuracy in Veson through timely updates and careful monitoring of reports Track redelivered fixtures, follow up on outstanding items, and actively pursue recovery of undisputed balances Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members where required Engage directly with external stakeholders, including brokers, owners, ...
