Position: Director of MSc in Translational Biomedicine and Entrepreneurship

Position Overview

The School of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Deree – The American College of Greece is seeking a Director for the newly approved Master’s program in Translational Biomedicine and Entrepreneurship.


The successful candidate will collaborate closely with two independent consultants and the Chair of the Health Sciences and Research Advisory Board to lead and develop this innovative program.


Biomedical Sciences


Required Qualifications:

  • MD and/or PhD in a biomedical discipline, with expertise in pathophysiology, pharmacology, translational science, or biomedical engineering.

  • At least one degree from a US or UK accredited institution.

  • Teaching experience, preferably at a US, Canadian or a UK higher education institution.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Research in an area relevant to one of the disciplines mentioned.

  • Strong theoretical knowledge; clinical experience preferred.
