End to End Delivery Ownership

Responsible for delivery from requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment

Manage the complete project from a technical delivery perspective

Ensure delivery commitments are met across timelines, quality, and cost

Planning & Estimation

Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

Estimate effort, plan delivery schedules, resources, and cost

Track progress closely and take corrective actions when required

Risk & Issue Management

Identify risks proactively across delivery, technical, and operational dimensions

Define and drive mitigation plans

Escalate issues early and support recovery / get well plans
