Underwriting: Leads the entire commercial underwriting process both internally and externally with prospects and clients. Underwrites and documents all prospect and client transactions. Possesses a mastery of client expertise, analyzes individual company performance and drives accurate ordering of real estate valuations, environmental assessments and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) searches.
