We are seeing an experienced Portfolio Manager who will be actively involved in all aspects and functions of the property and will provide the leadership expertise that ensures effective and efficient operation of the property, including the quality of services provided, operational goals, profitability objectives, and overall maintenance and curb appeal of the properties.

This employee will take a proactive approach to daily tasks, maintain a positive attitude, and strive to increase efficiency within the department. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the oversight of multiple properties, ensuring successful, smooth operation with effective communication.
