Role Overview

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing the mortgage loan portfolio, ensuring healthy asset quality, timely renewals, customer servicing, and coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain overall portfolio hygiene.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and monitor the assigned mortgage portfolio to ensure strong asset quality.


Review repayment patterns and identify early warning signals.


Ensure timely renewal, documentation, and compliance.


Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for end-to-end portfolio management.


Handle customer queries, service requests, and relationship retention activities.


Track delinquency trends and support recovery efforts wherever needed.
