We are looking for a friendly and reliable Luggage Porter / Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team.

The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing excellent customer service, supporting reception and concierge duties, and ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The ideal candidate will be professional, helpful, well-presented, and able to work well as part of a team.

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
