About The Role

You will be responsible for

• Working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern within a busy operational environment.
• Safely and efficiently handle all types of cargo during port operations.
• Carrying out a range of terminal activities, including tug driving, rigging and signalling, forklift operation, and vessel planning.
• Adhering to all legislation, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engaging openly and honestly with colleagues, taking ownership of your role and contributing to a collaborative, positive workplace culture.
